Shinsegae I&C provides SaaS services rather than deployment type, and applies them immediately to IT services such as e-commerce, ticket reservation, and recruitment during short-term events. It is designed to facilitate the use of queuing services.

What is an online stand-by service?

IT services can be deployed in unpredictable, diverse forms, which can result in heavy traffic due to heavy traffic, or sudden system crashes when system availability is low.

Online waiting-to-be services can control traffic access in the event of an e-commerce event, ticket reservation, etc., so you can prevent failures and ensure stable service even if you don't build a system or add more to it.
