About the drps Service
'drps' is a promotion-only web service that launches a new editing brand at Shinsegae International and releases influencer collaboration products at a specific time.
'drps' reinterpreted Instagram's special AR filter function as the motif of drps alone.
This is an online promotion & marketing service that allows you to take mysterious and fun selfies by combining drps signature pins and glossy face filters that are previously attached to drps Exclusive products.
The Challenge & The Solution
Shinsegae I&C's challenge is to create a 'drps' overseas brand marketing/promotion site.
Twelve hours before the promotion, we needed non-disruptive expansion of web servers and automatic renewal of SSL certificates.
It was necessary to consider a service structure that had no impact on performance and security issues, and that resources were aligned with usage to be agile.
After reviewing the various resources, we decided to utilize the Amazon Web Service (AWS).
Shinsegae I&C has formed a marketing/promotion site for 'drps' and created an account.
12 hours before the promotion, we set up a non-disruptive expansion of web servers using Auto Scaling schedule function, and set up an automatic renewal of SSL certificates using AWS Certificate Manager.
As a result, the promotion of 'drps' enabled effective operation.
